Neonatal incubator

Developed through continuous investment in research and development, BiO-CARE is a neonatal incubator designed to create a safe and precisely controlled microclimate, featuring simplified cleaning and sanitization processes to support neonatal well-being and healthcare efficiency.

The hood and base are molded in polycarbonate as single, lightweight components, facilitating assembly and cleaning procedures; polycarbonate, better than plexiglass, grants maximum thermal insulation of the patient area, avoiding the use of double walls.

BiO-CARE ensures stable and optimal microclimate management through advanced servo-controlled temperature and monitoring systems, including: AIR mode, SKIN mode, and peripheral temperature monitoring. The advanced BiO-CARE controlled airflow system does not create turbulence around the newborn, reducing body temperature loss due to evaporation; the optimized aerodynamic design maintains neonatal comfort even when the hood is temporarily open and eliminates the need for a double-wall structure.

BiO-CARE features an ergonomic and modular design with a limited number of fully separable components, allowing quick and intuitive assembly and disassembly without the use of tools.

All removable parts, except for the control panel, can be thoroughly washed using a steam cleaning gun at a distance of 10 cm. The simplified construction, free from unnecessary hinges and adhesives, facilitates cleaning procedures and helps reduce turnaround time for healthcare staff.
