Collection of Personal Data
We collect personal data, which are information that identifies you or relates to you as an identifiable individual.

When you send a question or a request to Ginevri, or request a quote, you must provide us with personal identifiers (name and email address) and any other information you choose to communicate in your correspondence. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of our contract with you (Art. 6, para. 1, lit. b of the GDPR).

If you give your consent, we may use the personal data described in this section to analyze your behaviors, habits, and propensity to consume to improve the products and services provided by Ginevri, to meet your expectations, and, if you have also consented to receive direct and indirect marketing communications, to send you communications about offers and events that we believe may interest you. The legal basis for such processing is your consent (Art. 6, para. 1, lit. a of the GDPR). (B) Information Collected Automatically.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies In addition to the personal data you provide directly, we may also automatically collect information as you use our Websites. This information includes the following information about your Internet or other electronic network activity and location information:

Social Media Listening (“SML”). From time to time, we may use SML tools to extract information (e.g., user comments about our brand, username, etc.) from web sources (e.g., blogs, forums, etc.) and social media channels. This activity is based on our legitimate interest in finding information about our brand’s visibility on social media channels, as well as evaluating the impact of our web campaigns (Art. 6, para. 1, letter f of the GDPR). For this purpose, we can only process publicly available information and derive statistical analyses from it.
Social Networks. If you interact with us through social network platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and any other similar platform (“Social Network”), when you fill out specific forms (e.g., information request, etc.) and/or when you interact with our official pages/profiles on Social Networks, we may receive your personal data from the Social Networks (e.g., email, name, surname, country of origin, address, house number, locality, ZIP code, city, telephone number), data related to your vehicle (e.g., current model brand, next purchase, etc.), your interactions on Social Networks (e.g., posts you like, private messages you might send us, etc.). Based on the settings you have chosen on your profile on Social Networks, we may be able to receive additional data such as your age, the groups you are subscribed to, etc., which in some cases might lead us to identify you. We may process your data to respond to your posts, requests, and questions, to perform statistical analyses and market research on users who interact with our pages and/or our Websites, as well as for marketing activities as described in section (A) if you give your consent. We are not responsible for any unauthorized disclosure of your information by third-party social media channels, in violation of the options you have selected and/or the consents you have provided. Retention
The personal data processed by Ginevri will be stored for the period deemed strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were provided. The information collected through cookies will be stored for the periods indicated in our Cookie Policy. Hashed data used for Custom Audience and Lookalike Audience are deleted once the Social Networks have completed the matching process.

Do Not Track
We do not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) requests. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. Do Not Track can be enabled or disabled by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.

Processing Methods and Information Security
The processing of your personal data is carried out using computerized and manual tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes of the processing indicated above and, in any case, in a way that ensures the protection, confidentiality, and security of the data. To protect your personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure, we have implemented technical, administrative, and physical security measures. These security measures include encryption, access controls, and protection against viruses and malware. However, no security measure or data transmission method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the personal data we have collected from you.
